Items must be received by us within 14 days of receiving order in new neatly folded condition. Brand tags if it came with them must still be attached. Some items have no tags on them. We cannot accept worn or washed items or items with perfume or other smell, pet or human hair, stains, dirt, etc. Excessive buying and returning may be a reason you will be denied service in the future.
