Buyer returns the item(s). Include the packing slip or click here or find returns link at the bottom of the home page.  

We offer a Store Credit or Exchange* for another item(s) or size option. For a size exchange buy your other size online and return the incorrect one for refund (minus shipping).  We allow only 2 items to be returned for store credit (This is not a refund) within 14 days of receiving the order.

We email you the store credit code which has no expiration date.

Want to buy another item at equal cost right away without waiting for a credit, buy online your exchange(s) and mark that order number down on your return. We will refund the item(s) when we get them back after inspection.

If your original order had Free Shipping for 2 or more items ordered and 2 items are being returned up to $8.99 shipping will be possibly be deducted from your store credit. 1 item out of all items returned we will give store credit for that one item.

If you would like us to email you a return label and have that deducted from your store credit amount let us know and we can email it to you.  Just let us know which item(s) are being returned. Email

We are really easy to work with and communicate. 

Item(s) being returned must be in new condition. If it came with a tag the tag must not be removed.

**Items must be mailed within 14 days of receiving item*. You may ship items regular or Priority Mail, but no need to pay extra for shipping back to us. Just mail/ship them within 14 days of receiving. 


*Sale Final & Clearance items are not returnable. Special Sale collections discounted items are also not returnable. Jewelry, shoes, purses, sunglasses are not returnable.

We will not refund refused packages.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Returns (our error): If we made an error and sent you the wrong item, size or color let us know as soon as possible so we can correct our inventory. Send a photo via email to to verify.

We will email you a return label prepaid for the return. We will ship the correct item right away. You will need a printer to print the label. If you don't have a printer, let us know. 

Damaged in ShippingAll packaging material (like a crushed box) and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. We will file a claim.  Contact us in the event of damages.

Sales Tax:

8.25% Sales Tax will be applied to orders mailed to Texas.

Priority 2-4 days depending on weight $7.95 or $10.95

Priority Express 1-2 days depending on weight $40 or $44

If you need FEDEX overnight by 8PM for residence or USPS 1 Day Overnight Priority Express contact us to see if this is available for your area; contact us with your zip code for a rate quote to custom invoice you.  Priority Express option must be ordered before 12 noon CST Mon-Fri only and is not available to some areas. You can message us your zip code to be sure before you buy to see if we can get it to you in the time frame you need it. Or give us a call. 

Did Not Receive: is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail or not received when tracking shows delivered or if the item is trackable as shipped. We do not sent replacements or refunds in this situation. We are not responsible for postal errors of packages shipped to the incorrect location, most likely that package will make it to the correct address only later than originally expected. We do not refund late packages.


Rate Based International for limited countries. (Please allow 2-4 weeks for arrival regular First Class International Mail, there may not be tracking depending on your country)

If you do not see your country listed contact us. If the rate seems too high also contact us as our weight may not be in the system correctly and we can adjust that.
