Return Policy effective April 12, 2023

Order Receipt, Tracking & Delivery Confirmation is sent by email. We ship fast and safe.  

Shipping times are Mon-Fri  - most orders ship same day or following business day from Houston, TX USA. We also ship on Saturday most of the time.

Priority Express Expedited 1-2 Days Must order before 12 noon CST Mon-Fri. 

If you need something overnight contact us as your area may not be covered. 

Express packages may have weather or other delay. Contact us for refund due to delay. Not all areas are covered by Express. Package must be delivered first before contacting us.

Return Policy:

We hope you love all your items but we also get it. Sometimes it doesn't work out. Include the packing slip from your package or click here  to reprint it. Keep our business card if you got one. We must receive item(s) back within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery.  Send item(s) back with tracking number to prove we have received item(s). No tracking no refund. Buyer pays for the return.  We do not pay shipping for size exchanges (see below how to make a size exchange). Also, see below for getting a return label. We offer a Refund or Online Store Credit.

Please note: Some Party Glam and or Holiday seasonal items may not be available for credit or refund and are final sale at our discretion (contact us before sending back). *Final Sale Clearance items are not returnable. Check the description of the item for *Final Sale information.  Jewelry, shoes, face covering masks, purses are not returnable. Some sales we will also note when the sale does not allow returns. Read all the terms of the sale or product page description. Items ending in .95 cents are Final Sale. 


Size Exchange:

For a size exchange buy your other size online and return the incorrect one for refund. Upon inspection we will refund your original method of payment. See below for a return label. 


*Item(s) being returned must be in new condition, not worn, not washed, no smells of perfume or laundry perfume detergent, no pet hairs. If it came with a tag the tag must be attached. If it was removed no credit or refund will be given. If you have pets get a lint roller and remove those hairs both inside and out before shipping back to us. 


For store credit we email you a unique store credit code which has an expiration date of 1 year. 

Want to buy another item or items right away without waiting for a credit, buy online your items(s) and mark that order number down on your return. We will refund the item(s) when we get them back after inspection. Same rules (see above) apply to be given the refund. Buyer pays for the return. See below on how to get a return label.

If you would like us to email you a return label and have that deducted from your store credit or refund let us know and we can email it to you.  Just let us know which item(s) are being returned. You can print the label and put item(s) in your mail box with flag up and no need to go to the Post Office. Label for 1 item is $5. For more items price depends on weight and might need to be shipped via UPS or Post Office. Best to let us know which items are being returned so we can let you know if Post Office or UPS is best

We will not refund refused packages.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion for abuse of our policies. 

Returns (our error): If we made an error and sent you the wrong item, size or color let us know as soon as possible so we can correct our inventory. Send a photo via email to to verify.

We will email you a return label prepaid for the return. We will ship the correct item right away. You will need a printer to print the label. If you don't have a printer, let us know. 

Damaged in ShippingAll packaging material (like a crushed box) and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. We will file a claim.  Contact us in the event of damages. Send photos of the damage.

Sales Tax:

8.25% Sales Tax will be applied to orders mailed to Texas.

Over $100 FREE shipping Standard USA Domestic

First Class Mail depending on weight $3.95 or $6.95

Priority Mail depending on weight $8.95 or $10.95

UPS rates will be shown at checkout.


Priority Express Mail 1-2 days depending on weight $44 or $48 Priority Express option must be ordered before 12 noon CST Mon-Fri only and is not available to some areas. 

Did Not Receive: is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail or not received when tracking shows delivered or if the item is trackable as shipped. We do not sent replacements or refunds in this situation. USPS post office will deny claims where tracking shows delivered to correct address.  We are not responsible for postal errors of packages shipped to the incorrect location, most likely that package will make it to the correct address you provided only later than originally expected. We do not refund late packages. If your tracking says delivered and you have not received it let us know within 1-2 days so we can file a missing item report, but if the item is not found, after the Post Office researches it, we are not responsible for lost packages. The Post Office uses digital location scanner technology to pinpoint where they dropped off packages.

International Buyers Information: 

Rate Based International for limited countries. (Please allow 2-6 weeks for arrival regular First Class International Mail, there may not be tracking depending on your country) Duties and Fees are not included in your order price and ship cost. Items may be held at the Post office waiting for you to pay the duties/ fees, contact them directly before contacting us about a package not being received.
